Job Description

Naeto C is a multiple award winning artiste (HHWA best hip hop single 2009, Soundcity best male video 2009, Best new act, MTV MAMA’s award 2008, and a Channel O awards nomination). He is seeking a dynamic, hard-working, honest and dependable individual to fill the position of a Personal Manager. 

Duties

The responsibilities will include:

• Handling enquiries concerning performance bookings and other engagements. 
• Deputizing for Naeto C in some commercial negotiations so must have sufficient capacity and exposure.
• Professional and personal administrative tasks 
• Managing travel logistics e.g. booking flight, hotel reservations etc., 
• Organizing events/engagements, 
• Running personal errands 
• Managing appointments/calendar.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of B.Sc from any reputable university
• 2-5 years cognate experience
• Experience in event management or project management is a plus
• Internet savvy and very knowledgeable about new media channels like twitter, facebook etc
• Must be able to drive (owning a car is a plus although a car may be provided if an otherwise suitable candidate does not have one) 
• Reliable and good with organization
• Must be honest, hard-working and intelligent
• Interpersonal skills are also very important. 
• Must have strong verifiable references

With 4 I tried to mix R&B from the ’70s and the ’90s with rock ‘n’ roll and a lot of horns to create something new and exciting. I wanted musical changes, bridges, vibrata, live instrumentation, and classic songwriting.”

She described her statement about not needing the $200,000 cash prize as a misrepresentation by the media but rather meant that with the experience from the show, she would be walking away with more than $200,000.

Her media outfit, Venus is set to roll out TV shows highlighting the true essence of showbiz, the essence of her and her birthplace, Ghana, whilst giving others a run for their money.

She outlined a rather bold plan including a future talk show, cook show, a reality TV series via her media outfit, as well as a number of charity projects.

             Children, and breast cancer in particular are causes Confidence identifies with and she intends to be at the forefront of these causes. She said her ‘Project Smile’ campaign will be used to perform surgeries for birth deformities for children.

I am going to be a middle person for the Imo indigenes resident in Lagos that would want the Governor to listen to them and pretty much everything that a liason officer does. I would also help the governor to create activities that would also help boost the Imo indegenes in Lagos state. I am humbled to serve the people of Imo state.

Big Brother All Stars Kenyan Contestant, Sheila Launches Showbiz Career In Nigeria

Big brother Africa All Star's Kenyan contestant and Uti's Nwachukwu's alleged crush in the house Sheila Kwamboka  is set to to debut a music video soon. The video which was shot in Nigeria was directed by Alex Mouth of Tinsel ( who is also rumoured to be her manager)

She also bagged a role in a Nigerian action flick titled 'Zip' which  starts shooting soon.

“I can’t say much about the movie but I’m playing the role of an assassin, there will be lot of guns, jet skiing and motor bike racing in the movie. Right now I’m taking some lessons in bike riding,” Sheila said.

 In a telephone interview with Hot Secrets, Sheila spoke about her stint in Nigeria and why she has opted to launch her career there.

“Nigeria has a very vibrant music industry. Kenya is still home but Nigeria is my office, I’m a world citizen.”

According to TMZ, not only does the police report confirm that Nicki was infact hit by her rumoured boyfriend  Scaff Beezyin Dallas.

TMZ broke the story … Nicki and Samuels were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas Monday night and took it upstairs to the room.

According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn’t want to press charges so the case was closed.

In a recent interview Victoria Secret model Miranda Kerr revealed that she named her son with actor Orlando Bloom after her late high school sweet heart. The child's name is  Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom . Kerr’s high school sweetheart, was Christopher Middlebrook, who died in a car accident when he was a teenager.According to the model 

“Chris and I had been dating for two years,”  “After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way. I told Orlando, and he was the one who said he’d be happy to do that. Orlando’s a good guy.”

The Olori Who Was Brutalized By Her Husband Is Dead

 

 

Remember the Olori who was brutally attacked by the deposed Deji of Akure in 2010? Well she is dead. She died yesterday morning Tuesday June 12 at St. Mary Specialist Hospital, Ojodu, Ikeja. She was only 35 year old. 

Doctors say she died of cardiac arrest but family members say the late Olori had been receiving medical treatment from various hospitals since she was attacked by her husband who was then the traditional ruler of Akure on Sunday May 30, 2010.

Incase you are not familiar with the story, this is what happened..............
 On Sunday May 30, 2010, the then Deji of Akure, Oluwadare Adesina Adepoju, along with his first wife and thugs, stormed the residence of the late Olori Bolanle, who was the second wife, and brutally attacked her. The deposed monarch allegedly ordered his thugs to beat up the late Olori and then they poured hot ashes mixed with something else, on her.

Her cries attracted youths in the area who came to her rescue, but not before the thugs of the former Oba had inflicted permanent damage on her.

On June 10, 2010, the former traditional ruler was dethroned and banished by Akure Kingmakers for the attack on his wife. He's not been heard from since.
