Halle Berry Fights Ex for Custody of Daughter

Oscar winning actress Halle Berry, is planning to take ex Gabriel Aubry to court to fight for custody of their two-year-old daughter Nahla.
According to her rep "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while

in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,".
To clear her schedule for custody litigation, Berry, 44, pulled out of the star studded film New Year's Eve, set to start filming this week in New York. She's being replaced by Katherine Heigl.
"She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter's father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention," her rep says.
Aubrey, 35, filed court papers Dec. 30 seeking to be formally recognized as Nahla's father and to establish that he'll share custody. The couple split last April.
There was no word on what prompted the custody dispute.
Berry's rep says, "Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter's best interest."

50 cent And Ciara Beef Via Twitter

Everybody knows that 50 Cent and Ciara were rumored to be dating years ago. Not too long ago 50 Cent tweeted Ciara some nice comments and of course she replied nicely. Now it looks like some kind of beef might be brewing.
Last night 50 Cent asked his Twitter Followers to get at him if they want to have him as their Pimp. Of course lots of his female fans replied trying to get some dirty talk on with 50 Cent. As everybody knows, 50 Cent likes to have fun on Twitter and replied to people calling everybody “B****”. Nobody seemed to take that seriously as an insult so, beside Ciara maybe.
Ciara’s last tweets look like they might have been directed at 50 Cent: “The things people tweet say a lot about their character, pay attention!”
One of 50 Cent’s tweets that got posted after Ciara wrote this, look like it might have been his reply: “Yea I tweet things that reflect my character b*tch. I have a sense of humor get one.lol that’s why your 3 mill followers behind me.”

more on the saga, the tweets and her reply the following day after the jump

As 50 Cent is getting closer to 4,000,000 Followers with his Twitter page and Ciara didn’t even hit 1,000,000 Followers yet, this could clearly have meant her.
After 50 Cent’s comment, Ciara posted another and so far last tweet: “ooohh, tell em why u mad b!”
Earlier yesterday 50 Cent had tweeted about a girl texting him on his phone for about 2 month and him not replying. Was that a hint at Ciara?
50 Cent:
“Man this girl been texting my phone for 2 months I didn’t respond. lol she just said I hate you from the bottom of my FOOT lmao”
50 Cent:
“These girls be crazy I’m sorry there’s know other way to put it. Lol”
50 Cent:
“I’m trying to go to sleep this s*** head just text me again damn I gotta change my # lol”
Another noticeable thing is that 50 Cent used to Follower 28 people until yesterday, one of them was Ciara. After this little “tweet-fight” his number went down to 27 and Ciara is nowhere to be found on his list.
The question really is if there is some real life beef going on as in my eyes nobody would overreact about some joke tweets if there isn’t more behind the story.
Also 50 Cent used to follow Chelsea Handler a couple of weeks ago and she disappeared from his list recently. One fan claimed that 50 Cent got blocked by Chelsea but there is no confirmation to that at all.

A day later, the beef continued:

They’re going for round 2! Ciara was mad he called her a b*tch, so she sent out a tweet along with Queen Latifah’s U.N.I.T.Y video asking why he called her a bitch. He responded that he wasn’t going back and forth on Twitter and to “cut it out” (which was in actuality continuing going back and forth LOL) then they both were RT’ing people saying things to them about the beef

size 48N.
Rigby and Peller begun offering the soft non-wired bra to the UK's curviest ladies just days after high street store Bravissimo declared they sold the largest bra in an L cup.
The giant bra has been specially engineered to support big-boobed girls with a built-in "cradle" in the cups to spread the breast's weight while the straps have special extra-strong padding.
The bra is available in black or nude colours at the firm's seven high street stores and costs 55.95 pounds.
"To find both comfort and support in a bra is usually the holy grail for larger busted ladies," the Sun quoted a Rigby and Peller spokeswoman as saying.

Eva Longoria And Tony Parker Divorce Finalised

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has finalized her divorce from husband Tony Parker. According to
In Touch Weekly magazine, the actress — who filed for divorce in November amid allegations Tony had been cheating — became officially single on Friday.
“The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life,” a source said. In the divorce papers, Eva cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.Tony however maintains that he never cheated on her.
Well i guess that is why she has been flying solo this award season. Actually thought they will make up.

‘Made in Nigeria’ voting machines for 2015 election

The Independent National Electoral commission has spent about N34.4 billion on importation of 132,000 units of data capturing machine for the 2011 voter registration exercise but Mohammed Abubakar, Minister of Science and Technology said Nigeria may not have to spend that much again on elections as local technologies for the same purpose are now available. Mr Abubakar said that “the electronic voting machine developed by the Nigeria Communication Satellite Limited, NIGCOMSAT, can assist the nation in biometric registration for election” and that by 2015 it will be ready for use at the election.

The Sag's which is a reflection of the Oscars ( once you win a SAG you are  most likely going to win an Oscar especially in the Best acting categories) is just as glamorous as the Oscars. Not many people ended up looking bad but others just didn't care, case in point Helena Bonham Carter .She is quoted as saying “I’m here because I’m meant to be able to act well, not dress well.” Hmmmmm!!! True rebel hun
Bright colours were worn by the stars (most of them that wore bright colours wore Oscar de la Renta) but the dominant colours again were nudes and off white.
Winners in this year's edition include Natalie Portman in the best actress category ( Who I am sure is going to win an Oscar this year), funny woman Betty white in the best actress Tv series - Comedy category. This is her fist SAG award and she is 89yrs. Wow!! it is never too late to win in life.
