According to TMZ, while Bow Wow's baby mama ,video vixen Joie Chavis was undergoing an emergency C-section for her first child with the rapper, he did not show up for the baby's birth. So she decided to remove him from the birth certificate completely. Sources say Joie is angry that Bow Wow did not show up until six days after baby Shai's birth.
She allegedly claims that Bow Wow is pretending to be a loving doting dad in the open letter he penned to his fans, but failed to mention that he was not there to support her during the delivery of their daughter.
