Michelle Obama, Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand To Honor Beyonce

Michelle Obama is expected to take part in a tribute to Beyonce  as she receives the Millennium Award at the Billboard Music Awards.  The taped tribute will consist of messages from Lady Gaga, U2’s Bono, Stevie Wonder, and Barbra Streisand.

Beyoncé is also expected to take the stage to perform “Run the World (Girls).”
