Nicki Minaj has parted ways with her manager Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to work with the music moguls backing her labelmate Drake, according to a U.S. report.
Minaj, who is signed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment label, joined fellow hip-hop star Rick Ross on Combs’ management roster in May 2010.
But according to XXLMag.com, Minaj has left Combs to

put her career in the hands of Gee Roberson and Kyambo Joshua, who run production company Hip-Hop Since 1978.
The firm manages her mentor Lil Wayne, Drake, Kanye West and Young Jeezy.

Well even though Diddy is all about the money, i think he actually did a good job of making her a 'Brand' . Remember diddy worked with fellow rapper, Lil Kim in the past. Is that why there is so much similarity between both artists? Just asking.
