There were a lot of colours on the red carpet from red to blue, pastels and black. Pink also had a refreshing and surprising welcome though the predominant colours were black and shades of pastels from cream to champagne to beige and shades of light pink.
The pretty mermaid cut was still a staple on the red carpet although we also saw straight lined, clinging gowns.
While some stars played it safe when it came to the colour and style of their gowns( Check out Eva Longoria in Zac Posen), some stars like Helena Boniham Carter brought drama to the red carpet with their wild fashion sense.Her choice of dress and hair style were wild not to mention her shoes( which I may add were different colours, green on one foot and red on the other).
All in all most stars looked amazing though I looked forward to something new.
